Used commodities:

PE (polyethylene)
PE is polyethylene or polyethylene and is a thermoplastic. There is a distinction between LDPE (low density PE) and HDPE (high density PE). PE, PP and PB have a much simpler molecular structure than eg PVC. For production, the use and waste phase are less harmful. In general, PE, PP and PB are seen as the most environmentally friendly plastics.

PP (polypropylene)
PP stands for polypropylene or polypropylene and is a thermoplastic. PP has a much simpler molecular structure than eg PVC. For production, use and waste phase is less harmful. In general, PE, PP and PB are also seen as environmentally friendly plastics.

PA6 (polyamide 6)
Polyamide 6 is, due to excellent mechanical and tribological properties, even at higher temperatures to 110 ° C, the most deployed engineering plastic. PA 6 has a relatively high moisture absorption, resulting in very high impact resistance, but also a decrease of strength, stiffness and dimensional stability. The chemical resistance is very good despite that PA 6 or only limited resistance to acids, phenols, chlorinated hydrocarbons and trichlorethylene. PA 6 is relatively resistant to UV light.

PVC (polyvinylchloryde)
PVC is one of the oldest and most widely used plastics. It is a chlorinated hydrocarbon polymer. It is made from ethylene (a fossil fuel, usually oil or natural gas) and NaCl (table salt). Pure PVC is hard and transparent. Characteristics such as flexibility and color are adjusted by adding additives.

POM (polyoxymethylene)
In general POM is called to the group usually polyacetals. All polyacetals are highly crystalline thermoplastics with mechanical properties that are similar to those of nylons. The homopolymer is stronger than the copolymers, copolymers but have the advantage that they behave more stable at high temperatures. The maximum continuous use temperature of the copolymer is 104 ° C, compared to 90 ° C for the homopolymer. Less moisture absorption.
